I stretch only when warm and significant gains are made in flexibility after intense cardio sessions when you measure over 200 degrees C.
stretch groin, hips, lower back, quads and calves.

i did this this afternoon. damn it felt good. i'd forgotten how much i enjoyed stretching right after cardio, and really allowing my endorphin high to come on.

It's best to stretch when the muscles are warm and the blood is pumping. Stretching "cold" muscles could actually be counterproductive to flexibility.

Where would you measure 200 degrees celcius? Im no expert but i though body temperature was around 37.something or thereabouts. and anything a few degrees above or below and your playing football with buckets.I stretch only when warm and significant gains are made in flexibility after intense cardio sessions when you measure over 200 degrees C.
Failure is a privelage reserved for those who do not try hard enough
