    Timing for Results

So I ordered a tub of results last week and hope to start it this week when it gets here. When is the optimal time to take this supplement? If it is like creatine I always took it after I worked out.

Dynamo is right in the sense that daily use is much more important than timing.

On the days I train I take it immediately after I'm finished to help replenish glycogen. On non training days I take it in the morning.

    Supplements I currently take: Nitrean , BCAA , Creatine 500 , Multi-Plus , Fish Oil
