I just got an order of Results, and I plan on using it with my cycling training, I don't think I'll be doing much if any lifting while im on it, I'm training for a bike race in a few months. I was wondering if anyone on here has noticed increased benefits on cardio such as cycling/swimming/running. Any help is appreaciated. Also, lifting or not, has anyone experience increased heart rate to any extent, like moreso then would be expected with a dose of dextrose?

Other than the carb content it won't do much for cycling other than possibly help to build your strength for hills etc.

Yeah I have never had results help me with cardio directly, but I have found that I can pick up on the aerobics and not worry about strength loss. O had times where I got down to a 7-8 minute mile and couldn't squat for **** (lost 40-50 lbs) but I haven't had that issue with running and results now. My squat actually keeps going up while my running progress is pretty stagnant.
