    Soup when cutting

    Is Soup ok to eat when cutting? Vegetable, oxtail soup etc. I don't like tuna on it's own far too dry but I don't mind having it when in soup is that a better alternative than having it on brown bread?

    sure.

    I have cut out bread entirely for my cut.... Just doesn't agree with me...

    I normally buy this organic, pure soup that only contains pure vegetables so it;s just like eating some veggies!

    Anything is ok to eat when cutting as long as it fits into your diet plan and macros. Hell you could eat a pint of icecream daily when cutting if that is how you setup your diet and it fits in your calories.
