I have done a couple sets of deadlift and am wondering if I am doing it right. You guys have already corrected my diet, routine, and squat form so I figure this would be easy for you.
I get down with my legs parallel to the ground, back straight, and head up. Initially it is very hard for me to pull the bar up, and it feels like I am using mostly my back when I should be using more of my legs. Is this typical?
Your pulling position is probably wrong. Read SS.
Your legs don't go to parallel on Deads!
