The eating part at the end had to be told to him by JM Blakely. Dave's nuts.

Loved it. Great article. I showed my wife a video of Mike Ruggerio the other night being interviewed by Dave Tate. I told my wife I want to look like Mike. All big necked and what not. And she was like "is that Dave Tate?" I was like: wow, that is love when your wife has watched enough videos with you that she recognises Tate. My love for my wife grew immensely in that one moment.

Some of those quotes were honestly inspiring.
    ain't nuttin but a peanut.

You will have gotten stronger when the weight that feels heavy is actually heavier than the weight that feels heavy now. Then the weight that feels heavy now will be a warmup for the weight that feels heavy then. But the weight will always feel heavy or you're not lifting enough weight. Clear? -Rippetoe
