    10/13/09- Video of Deadlift Openers

This is going to be my deadlift opener. I have been sick for the past couple days and it kinda showed yesterday. As soon as I stepped out of my car, I broke out in a cold sweat, and I felt like I was gonna throw up. But, I decided to pull anyways. It also took everything that I had to get down to the bar with out throwing up everywhere. Hopefully it doesnt mess me up to much. Here it is:

    Nice pull Tank.
Is Zach lifting at your meet? You may want to let him know he locked out his left leg, then, at the top of the lift he bent his knee again. He could easily get called for not locking out the lift, resulting in a "no lift".

Hope you feel better and have a great meet.

You're welcome! I'm glad to have the opportunity to help a little. Again, best of luck to all of you at the meet.
