I have wanted to give this a try for a while now, the tension was huge.
I worked up to 150 bar weight, missed it first time at 2 1/2 board height then got it the second-took about 6 seconds to lock it out ha ha.
Hope some of you give it a try and let me know what you get.
Squat briefs only 625 @ 210
Bench geared 525 @ 210
Deadlift geared 650 @ 220

I am actually gonna be doing something like this soon. I have to change up some things on my lockout work to get it moving again. I am thinking huge band tension stuff off 4-5 brds....something like 400# tension and low bar weight like that...as well as moving some grips around to change it up..

Most i tried was doubled med`s little over 200 at lockout, with 75 bar weight that was fun to controll.

I think the band tension was somewhere around 260, it came down super fast and was hard to touch in the right spot but it was heaps of fun and cool to get out of the shirt.
