I've wrestled for years (through middle school and high school) as well as baseball and football since I could walk. For the first time ever I'm no longer involved in a school sport.
I was pretty skinny but still a build kid more muscular then most of my peers. (kinda still am) BUT, I've started gaining weight. This is something I've always wanted and now i can take advantage of it. At this time last year, i was a whopping 160.. lol Now, I'm 193-195. My brother is a 260 pound monster that squats 680.. I'd like to be able to compete with him.
K thats the background. now what im looking for is, i dont know, I guess some guidlines for eating. My diet is trash right now, and I need some tips to go along with a pure muscle gaining, low rep, high weight workout.
