My pride and joy. My wife tracked it down and bought it for me from Williams Strength - a local company that makes commercial grade racks. The rack was a one-off where they tried to come up with a one-man mono-lift type device. We got it pretty cheap, relatively speaking.

They make the racks and a mono-lift, but I don't believe the make the combo I currently have. It is a one of a kind.However, they would probably put one together again. First we need to make sure it works for the squat. I can't wait to give it a shot. Maybe I'll throw 135 on there tomorrow and try it. Yep, that is a good idea!

Brian, I'm too short to make the 'one man monolift' work for squats. I tried it with the bar and hit the j-cups on the way up. Form was awful though.... I'll try again later.

Long day. Squats were not where I wanted them. Form was off... way off. I carried the bar a bit too low making my upper body lean forward. Squatting was right at parallel to a hair high. I was not sitting back nor driving like I should have. I was being lazy.
Time to reset my weights lower, video some lifts, and get things back on track.![]()

Warm-up - spent some extra time foam rolling. Feeling pretty beat up from squats.

Didn't eat much today.Pretty sore from yesterday. Left arm and shoulder are giving me some grief. Managed a very solid PR. Heaviest I've ever benched raw. Got my main sets done, got a PR, called it a night.

I was just getting into OHP before I hurt my knee. I like them alot as well. My goal was to do 315 by the end of the year, but that's been postponed, lol.

Skipped BOBR. Have a slight tweak in my lower left back. Combine that with being worn out and there was a lot of risk with BOBR without much to gain. Played it very conservative tonight.
