Just received this today.
First thing I noticed is that the color is very baby blue unlike how the picture looked on their site. Kind of disappointed in that.
Next thing... How long does it take to break a belt like this in? I like it stiff, but this is so stiff right now its hard to even tuck through the loop...
Any advice on how to break this badboy in would be great... as for the color... meh... LIFT ON
Would getting it wet then wearing it will help?... Used to do that with my boots when the Army still wore black leather
THANKS

I have the same belt in a different design! I am about 8 sessions in and and my belt is just starting to loosen up! It is very supportive though! I have found that belt position is very important to comfort to me!

Roll it, reverse roll it, stomp on it while it's doubled up, bend it, etc. You can break them in pretty quickly doing what I said while watching tv.

What Vinnie said. Just roll it, fold it, basically work it over and that should start to loosen it up.
First thing that popped into my head when I saw your belt was Tetris.![]()

I just got a new belt and wonder if I should try to find something that fits differently. I'm 5'4" 118 lbs (ahh woman, in case it wasn't obvious) and training for a deadlift competition in March. The belt is the narrowest (10cm) Inzer Forever in a size small but it pokes into my ribcage and I get a bruise. I borrowed one at the gym before I got this one and it did the same thing. Is this the no pain no gain part my trainer mentions or should the belt fit better?
Wear the belt a little lower and looser for the time being - a new belt will be digging into your sides and hips until it breaks in. The more you wear it, the quicker it will break in.
A child does not learn to squat from the top down. In other words, he does not suddenly make a conscious decision one day to squat. Actually, he is squatting one day and make the conscious decision to stand. Squatting precedes standing in the developmental sequence. This is the way a child's brain learns to use the body as the child develops movement patterns. Therefore, a child is probably crawling, rocks back into a squatting position with the back completely relaxed and the hips completely flexed, and stands when he has enough hip strength. This approach makes a lot of sense and can be applied to relearning the deep squat movement if it is lost. -Gray Cook

Thanks....I'm only wearing it for my heavier lifts and for now I'll start wearing it (lower and looser) for the lighter sets until it's broken in...I appreciate your advice...
I actually like a stiff belt... it feels very supportive!!
