Ever tried that but contrasting with cold water? No personal experience but I've heard good things.I soak them in hot water to help the healing, it seems to work very well.
I stretch them and rub them as well while soaking.

Thanks bro!! Yeah they can handle a fair amount but they are over trained for sure, just getting em tough.
Right now they are sore in the thumb pad, base of little pinkies and tip of pinkies......pretty smashed ha ha even the bones are bruised.
