This made my day........my aggression is back....last pulls I was weak and low on aggression.
My girlfriend has been massively supportive and fought tooth and nail to hammer my former employer for my poor treatment.....it worked........great girl!
"Tip of the day"-
Find compound movements that DO NOT smash your cns yet build your lifts.......may be hard to find but its great to be able to recover quickly from something productive.
You can hit these when your not feeling 100% or just rotate them with harder movements that you still need to really build your cns.
Example would be ultra wides for me....easy as to recover from, deficit conventonal pulls against bands will smash me.
Once you know what is tough on you and what is not you can work out what to do on any given day much easier.
