Thanks Coke, BC, Tank, Tom and John!!!!!

I was not willing to buy a texas deadlift bar till form with a stiff bar was good..........I will do a few more sessions to be sure buy it looks like Im ready for it.

I feel I can get to 750 next year if I keep the injuries down but one step at a time, to be honest I dont care about 700 or 750 its 800 I want and ill tattoo it on myself too!

Quest for a big pull starts now..........may seem like a funny thing for a guy who pulls twice a week to say but up till now has been learning the lift.....it's now time to pull.

Tip of the day- don't give up on working out your best style to lift with, I am not really built to deadlift yet my pull has gone up close to 200lb in a year.......you can do it too.

    Ha! Thats awesome!

A big total is the way to go for sure but I do (always have) think deads are king as you need to be strong from fingers to neck down to your feet.

Whats the deal with the 900 squats and 550 deadlifts you often see from guys that weigh 275? Are the actually "powerlifter strong"? No not really thats only a double body weight deadlift and they are in pro meets ha ha. I dont mean offense to people but you can bet your bottom dollar they love the pro title yet a strong little guy who trains for sports at his local gym can out pull them.

Yeah the belt throw has become a habbit, I put my agression into the lift then after I can really let out whats left. Sometimes when I switch off the camera I yell real loud and bassful and everyone jumps

I am very agressive but you dont see it in videos because I try to control it.
