Just what the doctor ordered.
I will keep this day in........this is what I did when my progress was most steady...it may seem training has been just as good lately but a lot is due to improving in gear and strength off floor but overall my gains were a little better when I had this day in.
SLDL are one of the best builders for me, I hate them but they work.

Pretty sore today, pretty much everywhere ha ha.
The low box squats raw and SLDL are weaknesses that need work and I actually really enjoyed that day.
Bit of rest then its speed pulls with 405+200.

Being a strong teenager means nothing.
My wrists hurt, but some people don't have wrists to be sore. My knees have tendinitis, but some people don't have legs to get tendinitis in. I seem to be going backwards with training, yet some people can't even walk let alone lift 400 pounds on a daily basis.
Dust out the vagina, and keep on lifting.

Huge volume session Nick, great job on all the PR's!!! I wouldn't worry about the speed of breaking the bar loose off the pins. I think it's pretty hard for everyone. But I do understand why you would want to increase your speed for that though. Either way, still pulled some heavy weight.

Thanks BC, yeah was a good day but I was a little pissed at missing the ultra wide 645 two weeks in a row....feel like it should go up because 585-625 moves pretty easy.
Ill go back to that movement in 6-7 weeks and smash it!
