    135 x 60 PR and very hard

    DB shrugs left side only-

    Rear delt machine-
    70 x 12 x 2

    Calve raises-
    5 x 12

    Heavy abs-
    1 x 20

    Done, just overloading/ overtraining the traps to get them back up to speed.

    Rack pull from knees conventional-
    135 x 3
    225 x 3
    315 x 2
    405 x 1
    495 x 1
    585 x 1
    635 x 1 stop here, not very hard but not easy

    Side raises-
    10 sets various reps

    Seated parallel grip shoulder press-
    5 sets of 8

    Behind back wrist curls-
    115 x 10 x 5 sets

    Wrist curls-
    8 sets

    Front raises-
    3 sets

    Forearm and shoulder are bothering me so ill be working around that for the next 10 days.

    Feeling pretty good.

    Need to build some more of them muscles.
