Really good session bro. I wouldve came over if I knew you guys were squatting last night. I feel you on the OT. The city kicked our asses the last few days standing out in this sh1t for hours at a time. Just zaps your motivation to do anything.

Feeling tired and crappy this week. I have been having these issues in lat right behind shoulders(like across shoulder blades). Slowing some of my benching down but usually hurts the worst for next 2 days.
Going to miss Saturday training again this weekend do to family stuff, so may train on sunday. Have to see if i can shake my cold by then.

you were about 3/4 of an inch from having that second rep at 440 up yesterday and it was nice and stable the whole time, it wont be long before you get that one easy. Pile on all the extra hours you've been working with the snow and its not hard to see why you're tired. I appreciate all the help you guys give me especially on squat days.

Wow 440 raw bench while feeling crappy is impressive.... I think we all wish we felt crappy enough to do that.. haha. Keep up the good work and big numbers.

Felt ok tonite. My raw strength is way up right now. Shirt is still little loose, can get it on myself. Going to try boiling the shirt this week to see if I can shrink it(per Tone and Rock). Weight was 260 tonite.little too high(need to loose 5lbs). If that doesn't work might order something new.

Thank you to both Brians. Today's training didn't go quite the way i planned. got thrown a couple of curve's and I never really handled curves well.

That was that. Not very motivated ,nothing good going on, but not going to worry. Planning a meet for end of Feb or beginning of March so not to worried about access day, as long as I hit main days big and hard.(haha I said big and hard). weight was 257 today. that's a plus
