I was in San Diego for vacation for the past few days and my BW creeped up to 251 its back down to 248 now though. Bench is still feeling good. Squatting tonight, then destroying myself this weekend for Memorial Day.

Quick day had shit to do. Legs tonight. I am going to really push it for the next few months. I have a kid on the way which I am really excited about, and I know that lifting is going to take a back seat for a while. My girlfriend is currently 6 months so I have till Sept.

As far as football goes, I just started practicing with the main team I play for. They have been practicing for about 6 weeks but I have been busy and I tweaked my ankle playing in a game for another team in a different league. I am going to be playing 3 or 4 games in the next 6 weeks with that other team though just to get some work in. Then my season starts in July. I can't travel for the games in Cali though because I work Saturdays and barely make kickoff on the home games now, so this year I will only be playing half the games.

Bench felt good, but my ass came off the bench on the 385 a little. The next 3 weeks I am going to do rep work for bench then get back to heavy singles.
I played in my first game of the season last night. We won 28-0, but they stopped the game at the beginning of the 4th quarter because of fighting. I finished with 8 tackles and 2 sacks. I felt slow as hell though and tweaked my hamstring. Obviously not in game shape.
