Prop bets are great and I ended up almost breaking even because of the odds so it wasn't to bad. I love march madness, so I am very excited for that.

Did wide stance low box squats to get my hips working a little more and I haven't done them in awhile.There was no reason for me to do that last set of 20, I just did it to torture myself a little. Everything felt good tonight, much better then last week.

Thanks Brian. Hopefully I keep progressing. I had to get a steroid shot in my ankle the other day though because my tendon right near my heel was extremely inflamed. The doctor said the shot should take care of it, and it shouldn't set me back.
Deadlifts tonight, and my legs are sore a ***** from squating. They felt fine yesterday but it hit me like a ton of bricks today.

Really nice pulling Nick. Deficits w/ bands will get your pull back in no time. Dont be too hard on yourself with your presses. Really great CG reps. Probably just something off that day like you said. A deload will do you great.

Squats are feeling good I had 2 reps left in the tank and the wide stance box squats were very easy. I have been using the wide stance squats to get some more work in for my hips because I haven't really done anything for them in a while.
