    Hip, Hamstring, Glute mobility

    At the moment im doing variations of that dog peeing on a lampost movement. you know the one.

    I'm wondering if anyone has any methods, ideas or suggestions. My posterior chain has always been rubbish.

    www.coreperformance.com has a lot of good movement prep/prehab/dynamic mobility drills...several videos/pictures for each if a non-member...plenty more if a member.
