    What do you listen to?

I thought I seen a thread on this before here but I have been looking for a few days now and can not find it. If there is a thread on this if some one can link it to me so i can check it out that would be great. If not I was wondering what do you guys listen to when you lift to get you in the zone or amp'd up?

Currently, I listen to nothing. I tune out the crap at the gym and won't bring my ipod 'cause I end up screwing around with that thing to long.
