    Results and Creatine 500

    Is it ok to use these two products in conjunction with each other? Take the Results about an hour before workout and then Creatine 500 after.

    That would be a waste of time. You get all the creatine you need from Results. It's an awesome product. Just make sure to take it consistently everyday.

    I agree with Vince, it is a waist of time since you'll be getting your daily 5g there. If you want more then that you can use the creatine 500 I guess, It wouldn't hurt.

    Ok, seems like i'll start with Results cycle in the AM. Looks like i'll store the Creatine 500 and use it at a later date.

    That is the right move; I typically use Creatine 500 between cycles of Results (not that you need to cycle off of Results for any reason though).
