A few weeks back I sprained my wrist, it feels alot better now but when ever I go to do any pushing movement its quite painful. I was looking at wrist wraps but dont realy know much about them. Would they actualy be beneficial to me or am I best to just avoid pushing movements until the pain goes away completley? Thanks in advance and i appreciate anyones comments.

I don't think straps will help at all, they are normally used to get you beynd your normal grip capability and normally on pull type exercises.
I find that if I get pain in my wrist, the best thing to do is to lay off things until it's virtually gone and then resume.`

Yep rest up then get some 24" strangulators from APT, you will love them.

yeah sorry for the confusion i was reffereing to wrist wraps for support, the second picture.

Wraps can help with a weak wrist. I say give them a try and see how it goes.
Oh, and get them from APT. Great company with a great owner.

okay thanks chris, do you know how the sizing works with the wraps, I see you can get 12", 24" or 36", so ive got pretty small wrists so would the 12" be best or does the size just represent how much support they give your wrist? thanks in advance.

Go with 36's. Wraps are like bench shirts. Youll always wish you get a better one. If support is what you need the longer the wraps the more support you will get.
