i know that there are several topics out there about this but im asking this...
im 21 i stand about 6'3 and i weight 195.5 with a thin build. i want to put on weight and want to get around 215 i want to gain more then that but thats a start...im pretty new to working out even tho i ben on this site for a long time but i haven't looked at the site so i haven't read on anything...but im limited to what weights i can get since i just have a few at home and no way to the gym...all i have is a bench ez curl bar and a few dumbells i believe there called...the single hand weights...so like what can i do that could help me get to my weight goal? any advice would be great...
