    Kind of off topic question...

Last night one of my training buddies was commenting on how I was gripping the bar while deadlifting. Sometimes I hold the bar with just my fingers curled underneath because it reduces my range of motion by at least 2" ( it's probably a bad habit, but I can do it up to my current max ). He asked to compare hands, we did and then he asked if I could wrap my hand around the rolling thunder grip ( which I believe is 2 3/8" diameter ) and touch my thumb to fingers . It's been a few months since I've done anything with the rolling thunder grip, but I know in the past my fingers didn't touch, but last night I could touch my thumb and middle finger. Can your hands grow when you're 40+ years old? Not in thickness, my hands have grown that way too, ( my ring size has gone from 13 to 17 ), but that I understand, this I don't.

Don't worry about it being off topic, yes your fingers, toes, ears and nose will never stop growing.

you will also stretch the ligaments in your hands and elbows doing heavy deadlifts---just like you compress your intervertebral discs squatting. That can be enough to ad a bit of length to your hand immediately after a deadlift session.
    Finally ELITE @ SHW..

    Single ply: 920 squat, 760 bench, 530 deadlift= 2180 total
    Multi ply: 960 squat, 770 bench, 550 deadlift = 2250 total.

    The next stop: PRO total.

Just a little FYI for ya.
That's not considered growing it's actually caused by gravity.

If you didn't close grip your pinches then it's very possible you've stretched your ligaments and tendons considerably so it's made the length of your digits longer.

    Hope that helped.

I think you stretched your fingers deadlifting with just your fingers curled under the bar. Better watch out keep that up ane they'll be dragging one the ground. Ha-ha
