With the majority of us finished up for the 2009 season, what are everyones goals and hopes for next year?
I'm training for a 600 SQ, a 440 Bench and a 550 Pull. Along with getting in all of my extra workouts, mobility work and etc.
A Rage-X is on the cards too.
I will be happy to have 12 months solid training under my belt by April 2010. It would be cool to bench my body weight! My primary goal is to get those ripped abs I talk about. When that happens, I may consider entering an amateur BB comp.... who knows? I like your goals Cliff.

My goals for this year are:
1. to drop a weight class and total raw elite at my new weight class (Lil' power (Vikki), Donnajo and I are going to be doing this together...we strong bitches gotta stick together ) starting Jan. 10th.
2. be injury free for the ENTIRE year
keep training in mma and win my first boxing match
stay injury free or as healthy as possible
total 2000+ in single ply @ 275.
start training in multiply gear and see if I can make a run at 2300.
Total 1450+ @ 220 raw, stay healthy and injury free, and continue to enjoy this sport as much as I have been.
Just did 1330 yesterday.
Don't asker for a light load, but a strong back.

To keep on hitting new totals until im 40 ( April 2010 ) and then keep on hitting more

Squat 700,bench 500,deadlift 600.And to compete in my first meet in 10 years
Get my neck/trap healed up completely, then remain injury free next year and continue to maintain my overall general health for another year.
Train hard, missing as few workouts as possible, and have as much fun as I possibly can both in and out of the gym.
Actually learn how to deadlift where I don't look like I'm passing a kidney stone on the platform.
Go 865/665/585= 2115 in my next meet in June as minimum meet numbers this next year.
Get A.'s training right, keep her knee healthy, and get her over the hump to an Elite total either RAW or in single ply.

Single ply: 920 squat, 760 bench, 530 deadlift= 2180 total
Multi ply: 960 squat, 770 bench, 550 deadlift = 2250 total.
The next stop: PRO total.

In August, I want to squat 700-750, bench 450-500, and pull about 635.

In june at I want(will) total pro at 275.
In 2010 I hope to do my 2nd competition and hopefully 2-3 more. I want to break my records in NASA raw then move on to equipped lifting. Raw i hope to squat atleast 555(515 gym 463 comp. current), bench atleast 350(335 tng 309 pause current), deadlift 600(555 gym 535 meet current.) I plan on training a lot in gear in 2010 hoping to learn the gear.

I honestly am not sure what the goal is for me in 2010.
Obviously I'd like to get 800 in early '10 and then just keep making consistent progress as I have been.
in '09 I went from a 725 bench to a 770 bench so 50lbs on my bench last year. Time will tell if that's possible for next year.
