165lbs @ 6% BF and 185 @ 10-12% BF

Hard to top, but totally possible with serious effort and dedication.
Been completely out of the Iron Game for about 4 Years now (too damn long) and I'll be starting out with a simple push/pull/legs routine with a little arm/delt isolation work thrown in. Looking forward to gorging myself in the kitchen with anything in sight and packing on some serious mass. 180lbs by summertime/mid-year will keep me on track to hit my goal of 2 bills by next December.
This won't be an entirely clean bulk as I'm much more concerned with overall calorie intake than nutritional ratios at this point. 1/2 Gal - 1 Gallon of Whole Milk will be an everyday thing.
Even the Indian is cheering me on. That's Casino Indian, not Slurpee Indian

I turned 30 last month and my kid's in the 4th Grade. The other day he called me "Dad" for the first time instead of "Daddy", so I know I'm getting old whether I want to admit it or not. The Iron will keep me young, at least that's the idea.

This is a recent pic. I've lost about 20lbs this year, not on purpose, but because I had damn near zero appetite until a few weeks ago. I'm at a point where I either pack on the LBS or waste away. I'll take door #1.
The one thing I've had going for me physically is that I've been blessed with a good metabolism. Otherwise I've spent the last 4 years living a lazy unhealthy lifestyle.
Screw my stupid Abs, I can't wait to watch them slowly disappear.

Bent over BB Rows supersetted w Standing upright BB Rows:

2 Sets DB Hammer Curls
2 Sets Seated Db Curls
Don't have my rubber mats over here so I can't do deadlifts quite yet. Next week I'll at least add some Good Mornings. Or better yet just do them on leg day instead. Went rather light today, gonna spend these first couple weeks concentrating on form before I try going too heavy.

Gained about 5lbs of water weight over the last 2 weeks, as of yesterday I was back up to 162 after Increasing my Agua intake and starting taking Creatine.
I was way Dehydrated around the middle of the month, I had my Wisdom teeth pulled on the 3rd and a couple days later I developed "Dry Socket" where the blod clots that cover the bottom of ur wisdom holes become dislodged and exposes the gums & nerves underneath. It fookin sucked. I had to go back to the dentist like 3 or 4 times to get my extraction sites packed down with fresh gauze & Local anisthetic. Anyhow It killed what was left of my already low appetite, and when I looked at the scale and saw I was in the mid-low 150's, I'm like **** that. I need to pack some pounds on. Calorie goal is 3000/day MINIMUM.

Legs:
7 Working sets of Squats. Highlight was something like 155 x 9 or something.
Attempted some lunges & step-ups afterwards, but my knees kept giving out.
First time squatting in 3+ Years. Talk about a *****ing endorphin rush. I forgot how much fun it is!
