i want that 4 plate deadlift. im sticking with 531 for my bench and squat but using ed coans deadlift program, obviously for my deadlift. going from 355 to 405 in 11 weeks may sound a bit too ambitious but im going to get it or die trying. i know i have it in me.
week one - 1 x 2 305
8 sets of 3 245 lbs
did the circuits of SLDL/chinups/bb bent rows and forgot to do the good mornings. oh well, ill get it next week.
the 8 sets with only 90 sec rest between left me exhausted for the circuits but i made it. grip was starting to give out in the end but it was one of the best sessions ive had. im doing more conventional pulling along side my sumo and split the 8 speed sets 4 and 4 between the two stances. bloody shins ftw
I may have "Love" on my head, but i have Hate in my heart.
Nice work dude, I think you can get that 405 in 11 weeks for sure man. Just be consistent, get sleep, and eat. I've actually decided to hold off on derby city, been doing good and got a few dudes that can help me keep form in check where i'm at.
forgot to post the bench and squats from last week. heres week 2 of the deadlift program from this week though.
1 x 2 325
8 x 3 265
only had time for one circuit of the accessory lifts
got a new job selling memberships at the la fitness that used to be urban active where i met up with dj.
