Fine effort Matt, always keeping on track.
I'm going to upload some on Friday night. It'll have more reps, better lighting and a better angle.
I actually really like my job. The best hours I've ever had, benefits are really good and I get to work out of the house regularly. Beats slinging pills at Walgreens
Thanks Terry

Who knows. I seem to be better at repping than doing singles, even though I'd prefer to do singles![]()

Started with Deadlifts to practice form and for my warmups
Deadlifts
135 x 3
155 x 3
175 x 3
195 x 3
195 x 3
All sets were done conventional and were easy-peezy. Very happy with my make-shift shin protectors. Felt like I got a lot more leg/hip drive and less lower back on these. Zero back pain and zero hip pain for all sets.
Squats
160 x 3
180 x 3
205 x 12 (RPE-hard 8) est. max ~290 (20lb PR on wt for reps)
First time squatting without knee wraps in a LONG time. Used my new pair of Inzer XT sleeves. Really like them, easy to get on and off, and was able to wear them the whole time. Also the first time I've done more than 5 reps in about 5 months. Noticed some hip pain on the 4 or 5 rep of the last set.
Good Mornings
115 x 8 (RPE-8)
115 x 8 (RPE-8)
115 x 8 (RPE-hard 8)
started these with my squat stance and had to move it in b/c of hip discomfort.
Band Pull Throughs
doubled red bands x 20
doubled red bands x 20
Felt really good today and enjoyed the session. Now just need to get that baby here!

Awesome session, way to kill it on the squat. I found the same thing you did with GM's in that I needed a narrower stance than my low bar squat stance.
Nice workout, Matt! I like the volume.

Great work Matt! Glad you are getting the deadlift form figured out. 12 reps on squats suck.
Thanks Paul. Hopefully all the pull throughs will help and I can start to move it back out a little
Thanks Phil!
Thanks Rob. I'm pretty sure I could have pushed and gotten several more but like you said reps suck![]()

Great session, hammered the low back. Good for you getting that deadlift form down.

Great workout! Way to manage 12 reps after not being in that range for some time.
Thanks John!

Very effective looking session, Matt. Great job on gutting out the squats!
Good stuff there man, I'm starting to appreciate what higher reps can do.

Good to see that the deads felt good. Solid work on the squats, too.
