Shelby is a successful National-level Bodybuilder & Powerlifter who has helped hundreds of athletes get into the greatest shape of their lifes. He is quickly becoming known as one of the top diet and bodybuilding prep coaches and hes here to lay down the law.
In this interview Shelby shares several strategies for getting leaner and more muscular, aswell as covering some of the common mistakes bodybuilders make when trying to look their best.

Very good read and a great way to introduce Shelby to the site to the members not familar with him. CP worked with him for a bit and it certainly paid off for him.
Very cool to see Shelby on here.
As to the methods there may be a million and then some, but principles are few. The man who grasps principles can successfully select his own methods. The man who tries methods, ignoring principles, is sure to have trouble.

I worked with him in 2008, but progress stalled due to my lack of commitment. I cant tell you how mad I am at myself for faltering. I recently dug up his old emails from when I hired him and I'm currently committing myself to his prescribed diet. I'm going to make up for my lack of commitment!
Check out my journal if anyone wants to follow my carb cycle diet from Shelby. Will be doing it until I hit a lean 175-180lbs. Starting this week!

I'm working with Shelby right now. Only a few weeks in and getting lighter and stronger and Shelby is great to work with.
Really happy to have him contributing to WBB and remember, if you have questions for him, click the link at the top of this thread and theres a good chance we'll get them answered in future q and as.

Just bumping this. Some of you guys that might not know of Shelby. He's a super strong dude with a powerlifting background and gets in some of the sickiest conditioning on the national scene. Start posting some questions in the sticky!
