Do you have a specific cut diet?
Diet was a bit all over the place but for the most part I consumed between 3000/3500 day. Lots of chicken, sweet potatos, 2% milk, creapure.Awsome progress bro!
What was your bulk diet like?
Nothing specific layed out yet. Usually when I cut I will track calories for the first few weeks until I have a general idea of what's working for me then I stick fairly close to that.Do you have a specific cut diet?
