Hey guys, just captured my first video of me squatting. Please let me know what I can do to improve.
IMO, I look a little sloppy, not tight enough and a couple reps did not get deep enough. Let me know if you have any tips or suggestions!
Weight = 290lb. This was taken on the 3rd set of a 5x5.
It's sort of a bad angle. I will work on that next time.

Looks pretty good from that angle, except the footware. Squatting in soft soled shoes isn't a great idea for stability or strength.
I would say your form looks pretty good and your own observations are pretty spot on.
You look to be a couple of inches over parallel and things look a bit loose as you drive up, but then the weight looked pretty tough so it's bound to happen when you are training with intensity. On the last few reps your knees cave in also which is going to end up causing you an injury (I tore cartledge and fractured by fibiular bone doing this and needed an op.)
I'm no expert on form though, interested to know what others think!

Looks like your first move is down with that angle.
Thats a pretty good squat...Only thing I would say is think back before going down. You are a bit too upright IMO for low bar. Sit back and give it a tad bit more of forward lean and I say that helps you hit your depth better.
You might want to also trybox squatting as it will allow you to work on getting the hips back..
