*Just missed the rack on the log clean twice at 279 which sucked but other than that I was happy with the rest of it. It was my first time using olympic lifting shoes on the log so that will take some time to get used to.

*Pretty good today. Farmers Walks are getting stronger every week. Starting off light and building up works well. I am throwing pullups at the end of every workout to grease the groove and build up volume and reps.
