Alright so I'm starting a new journal because my training has moved to a whole other level this past year my old journal had some newbie workouts in it clear back from when I was in high school haha.
I am Currently on west side for skinny bastardsV.3 slightly modified to more advanced to west side philosophies. I'm about 6 weeks out from my first meet I will be competing in the 181 class. I am a personal trainer I run my own business please checkout my website www.amplifiedfitness.net
