About time you've come back to powerlifting! You should get some of your clients to compete. Were planning on doing a non-sanctioned catagory for people who are interested in trying out a competition, but don't want to pay for memberships, etc.

I'm excited to get strong again! It was fun being shredded for the summer but now its time to get strong! I do have a female client, 40 years old that deadlifts 315, and could definitely get even more. I told her I would pay for her entry fee. She's a tough one to crack.
Still here! Crazy busy! I have lots of business booked out all the way till march of next year. Hopefully I'm not too busy the next 5 months so I can really focus on my training.
