    Tom Mutaffis Strongman Training - January 2010

    For those who do not know, I injured my back in November and have not trained events recently. This was my first strongman workout in over two months and I managed to knock out some PR's...

    The dumbbell C&P looked like a PITA. The box jump was pretty darned impressive!
