Keep goin bud! Eat enough for two pounds of weight gain a week til you get close to 180 then ease back. Milk is always a winner.

Great starting point, amz. You're nice and lean which is good. I would try and maintain that leanness as best you can by eating clean. I definitely disagree with skinny, 2 lbs per week is going to put too much fat on, unless you dont care about fat gain. I guess I dont know what your goals are, but if looks is what your aiming for then more like 1 lb/wk is plenty. Would you rather gain 15 lbs in 2 months and have to cut back, or gradually gain 15 lbs over 4 months and still look good? I definitely know what I'd rather do.

+1lb a week is plenty. And don't weigh yourself every day like I used to. It will drive you crazy and that is all you will think about. I usually weigh in once a week on Mondays
    6' 1.... 211lbs.
    Bench: 275lbs x 1
    Deadlift: 385lbs x 1
    Squat: ??? (not enough)
Goal by the end of May 2010... Weigh 225lbs.
