This is very good stuff. High foot position on the leg press to target hams is a great tweak very few utilize.

I've been training legs twice a week for 12 weeks now and gotta say I am loving it. Stronger than ever! They key is adjusting the volume and I think Chase has nailed it perfectly in the article. I tend to do 4 exercises and go 4,3,3,3 which is just a touch less than described in the article but virtually the same.
For anyone who wants to get stronger at lower body movements and put some size on their legs, give the program a go and let us know how you get on!

so after week 1 i must say this is the most intense workout they have ever had. My legs are still sore from last thurs the hamstring day... needless to say i walk very slowly.
