The bill for me and Jessica is close to $300. I'd rather pay for good food than medical bills. We eat lots of organic meats. Lots of fruits and veggies. Good food is expensive. A cart full of garbage is cheap.
Supplements I currently take: Nitrean , BCAA , Creatine 500 , Multi-Plus , Fish Oil

300 I envy you I wish I had the cash to spend that much!!! I eat all healthy food as well just not organic foods. I eat about 90% of the food for the week my g/f and daughter eat very little food, but I always wish there was more food in the house. My g/f always stocks up on non-parishables when there on sale like pasta, oatmeal, powerade, pasta sauce, ect. I want to get a second freezer to buy a bunch of meat whole sale to help save on some cash I hope to have one soon.

Eat at home and don't eat fast food very often. I do buy some good stuff from the grocery store I
Keep at work. It's expensive. Orgainic milk runs me 6 plus. Add in supplements like vitamins,
Fish oil, Results, and it's more.
Cigars aren't far behind. They are organic too.
About 100. I stuff my face all day long too(bulking.) Good thing milk is only 1.50 a gallon here.

We are drinking organic milk now also. My wife and I have not been on vacation in 5 years. We are homebodies. We'd rather eat well and feel good in our home, than eat crappy and look and feel crappy on some beach.

I think I spend around $200/week on food.
I try to eat as best I can and like stated above. Organic is damn expensive. Esp when you have to find the meats.

This is on Long Island, where cost of living is high. I can't even imagine how you guys spend 300 a week?
My usual shopping is like
5 dozen eggs, 2 gallons of FF milk, 2 loaves of bread, chicken, tuna, lean ground beef, lean dairy, veggies, fruits, pasta, cereal, nuts, oats, rice, PB. Usually 50-100 depending on how much fruits and vegetables I get.

My wife and I are around the $150 mark for the week. We cut a lot of cost for lunches and breakfast. She makes her lunch at home (she's a teacher) and I usually stick to either tuna or chicken breast for lunch. I often buy the cheap chicken breast and Monday I cook a week's worth of chicken and stick it in the fridge. Dinner she's usually cooking at home after school. Man can she cook too.

We do about $150 a week for my wife, me and our (almost) 3 year old. Biggest thing that saves money is making huges meals so that I have leftovers. I spend less than $10 a week eating out b/c of this.

For food only my Girlfriend and I probably spend about $80-110/wk depending on meals. If you add in supplements that would be an additional $35-40/wk. Weekly total for everything (two people) would be $125-150.

My wife and I have a budget of 150 per MONTH. We're low on cash right now since with the cancer she hasn't been able to find a job.
We're hoping that she can get a job soon (maybe by March) and then we can maybe buy a little more.

Between $120-$180 at the grocery store per week. That is for my girlfriend and I.

Wow this thread makes me feel poor. Cost of living here is cheap though. me and wife spend just over 50 bucks on food, but I haven't been eating the best lately, and boss buys me lunch many days, and we don't often go out to eat. I used to spend more just on my self for groceries.
I only spend about 100 a week, but I buy my meat in bulk from my department on campus. Its so cheap. I go through pounds and pounds of cheap steak every week.
I also don't buy organic. I've never seen any scientific research to back up the hype that its healthier, so I'd rather spend my money on conventionally grown and save a few bucks. Just my 2 cents.
I spend about 100/week, including supps. Can some of you detail what you are eating on an a daily basis? Im curious to see how many calories you are taking in and from what foods.
Agree. He eats more than me, though. I'd say I spend roughly $150-200 per week on food. Maybe a little more if we eat out more often.

I don't eat anything like what I used too. I think I'm getting old or something.

Maybe $40-$50 per week, depending on whether I splurge on a couple candy bars... but then again I'm single, live alone, and am 146lbs, and have no interest in getting bigger...Eggy weggs are cheap, too, so that helps.
