MODERATORS, here's a suggestion to improve how we use the forum.
whenever I find a good article I like to print it and add it to my library collection of strength/training related materials. its good for future referencing and sharing with friends,
here' the prob tho, nowadays more and more web-generated articles contain vid clips, which are great in demonstrating the particular exercise. But of course you can't print a video clip. what would help is when you go to printer friendly format the video clip converts to a web address where the reader could later go on-line to view the video.
These was a good article. I am never warming up enough and my hip flexibility sucks. I really like that four point squat.

I'd be tempted to take some of each otherwise it might end up too long/too taxing.
