25 March i have a full meet, was just wanting some prep guidelines. Such as what should i hit and how hard should i hit ect....thanks again for your help

Bench PR-350 raw
Deadlift PR-500 raw
Squat PR-445x7 raw
take it easy a month out. I like to hit 90% 4 weeks out and then drop the weight 10 % each week up until the meet. Just singles and re teaching your self how to set up for one rep and be fast again. You cant much stronger in 4 weeks but you can get alot weaker if you over due it.

ok so i think i'll do a few days of 1 rep sets to get used to lifting heave again correct? its just one meet no one takes it serious, well i do but that's just me....i'm deployed like i said, I'm the only dude that lifts with a powerbelt has knee wraps and a singlet, i'm that guy i get made fun of lol but who the **** cares right...as long as i move the weight
