With as many calories as you have available, if you're going to pick target macros to hit, I would raise fat considerably to start more even across the board. Not necessarily isocaloric, but maybe 70 or so grams so you at least have comfortable room to dip there if need be.
The whoosh

Finally decided to trim my leg hair down some. In b4 da fuck?
Lot more definition can be seen, but it's not clearly evident in these shots as I'm so damn pale and the light is harsh.
This shows more sweep:
Found nasty stretch marks all over my hams, flexors, and even one near my VMO. Nasty stuff. There's a very dark v-shaped mark that stretches from my leg to flexor. Honestly looks like a tear or something. I'm wondering if that's where I have been having issues with my groin.
Your legs look pretty good - no homo.
Also, welcome to the nasty world of stretch marks.

worrying about water retention is futile and retarded

Right groin feels excellent, hasn't felt this good in weeks. I'm hoping to get back to squatting tomorrow. I'm thinking front squats and deads on one day and squats and rack pulls/ham curls on another.
Going to give high bar squatting another shot with a regular stance using the belt. Hoping to avoid any elbow issues again.
Mirin' rear delts on superman?
I can't be the ONLY one who noticed that, right? If so, no homo.
S-man wishes he had my pd's

Lol, well done Kfeld.
AM Weight: 168.something.
Didn't get my cals in yesterday. Was fighting allergies and was dead tired when I got back from night class at 9 pm. Decided to just say fuck it and go to bed. Didn't train upper push yesterday, I'll probably train it tonight, then legs tomorrow.
Good read I came across today

Good article. Actually a solid blog overall, need to read more.
Don't agree with the "hate" on setting goals in the weight room. That goes against my "fundamental beliefs" of training.I get what he's saying, but I'm not sure I agree with everything entirely.
Also, I tend to disregard writers/bloggers who have no proof of what they've accomplished. That's why I listen to Dante, you, Tim, etc. You guys have all created something out of nothing. I see no pictures or totals or vids showing what this guy has done/accomplished. If there are, send me links?
Obviously, one doesn't have to be Cutler or Coleman to spout good advice, but when we have guys in the bodybuilding section here who don't even LIFT, or guys discussing bodybuilding training when they haven't built much of a physique, or haven't gained more than 10 pounds in 5+ years of being on this site--that bothers me. It's also why I don't post advice in the bbing section. I've seen results---but I'm no expert.
The way it was written is obvious that the author spent a lot of productive years in the gym.

No doubt. In fact, he may be my new favorite blogger. I am just not a fan of the more anonymous bloggers that are out there. I like to see the backgrounds the lifter has come from before I take his advice. Lyle is the only exception in that regard.

^^That article basically validated everything you've ever said about training.
Diet is going extremely well. Much better than I anticipated actually. For three weeks in (exactly) my 4 upper abs are extremely defined and are getting that 3d appearance. Chest also appears much leaner. Back fat is a bitch.
I'd post pics but the lighting in this place blows and washes out my definition because I'm so pale.
Dat structure.....

Interesting training approach.
Found that blogger on FB.........
Don't wanna hate but my goals and his most definitely differ. I won't post pics because I'm not a douche and I think he had some good points as well as excellent analyses of exercise studies, etc. But, some of his other posts got into the whole "squatz n cheeseburgerz errday dood for armz size" category of blogging.
He also crapped on high-volume, but then found that volume is perhaps THE key to growth in another post. lol wut?
Quit analyzing shit. You missed the whole point of the article I posted and it only served to backfire exponentially. You should seriously take a break from forums and articles andwhatnot and just focus on training and diet.
