    Upper A 5/12

Feeling really fatigued from yesterday's leg workout. Quads/glutes/hams/traps are all very sore.

    DB Rows
    145# x 12
    145# x 7

    DB Flat Bench
    100s x 7 (+2R)
    100s x 5
-getting used to the new dumbbells.

    Seated Lateral Raises
    35s x 12 (+2R)
    35s x 10

    CGBP
    175# x 11 (+2R)
    175# x 7

    Neutral chins
    45# x 5
-just tacked on very quickly at the end of the workout. Had more in me if I was fresh.

Pretty good session. Wore a cutoff to the gym. Very happy with upper body size gains atm. Feel like my biceps have come up significantly. Chest/shoulders/traps look very good imo.

lol, I don't have the size to look really impressive in it, but compare to the curl rags at the gym I just look much more complete.

If I can I'll try and take a few gym pics next week. be warned. I am fat.

What would be your intentions with XTEND? Are you looking to cut, so you want to get an amino acid source with minimal calories?

With the price of XTEND I only used it during my last contest prep.

I've pretty much summed up my supp use (non-cutting) to a protein powder, creatine, a multi, glutamine, and fish oil.

When cutting though, I find other supps to be beneficial, and something like XTEND works well for that purpose.

I have no real use for it other than I think it tastes good and like a protein-like workout drink.Unflavored whey is too spensive now for mixing for my workouts, and vanilla whey tastes like shit while lifting.

Cut will probably start come July.

lemon lime+vanilla. Didn't taste that bad. I guess I just can't handle a ton of fluids in the morning.
