    reduced to legs and cardio

    hey all,

Im alittle down today, couldn't finish up most my upper body due to pain and discomfort in mainly my right shoulders but the left aswell. my workout routine proved to much for my shoulders and I have learned what not to do after a full recovery.

twice a week I would do a total upper body workout which included these exersices: 5 sets----flat bench
    5 sets----lateral pull downs
    5 sets----shoulder press
    5 sets----dips
    5 sets----bicep curls

Going to see the doc tomorrow to inquire about my shoulder condition and which exersices are best for me. Im going to perform some rotary cuff exercises every day aswell.

Do you guys feel I should totally quit upper body and focus on lower body and cardio? the pain i feel is discomforting and sharp pain if i attempt most upper body exercises (expecially bench and shoulder press and lateral pull downs)

How long do you think the recovery period will be and what will the doctor say you think?

    thanks alot,
    Someone
