    Just had a tasty protein shake

    Just had a good protein shake: 1 Scoop AtLarge Nutrition Strawberry Protein, 1 Severing oats, 1 Yoplait Strawberry yogurt, I used 8oz water I bet milk would have been even better. Blend well taste GREAT!
