    Plateau

I have been lifting solid for a little over two years. I diet right and train hard, but here lately i feel like i have hit a brick wall. I got off all supplements, such as ( prohormones, testboosters, etc) i decided to do the natural way. By this i still take vitamins, and protien shakes. I dont want to say that supplements were that responsible for my gains, but sence i have been off of everything it feels like gains are taking far longer, and strength is there, but growing super slow. Any suggestions, or pointers, i would really appreiciate them .

What prohormones had you been taking? There are still some out there that are quite potent, so coming off of them could make a noticable difference.
To get things moving again, you need to make sure your training program and diet are really dialed in. You will get better feedback if you post your stats, exactly what your goals are, and what your lifting program is (exercises, sets, reps, progression scheme, etc...) so you can get more specific advice. You could also post your diet info in the diet forum and get some feedback there as well.

^^Exactly. Some ph's are pretty potent and coming off you might feel slowed down.
    Give chalk a chance.
