This was last night's workout. Block training in the shirt is brutal. However, everything seems to be coming together. I'm really lucky to have the crew that I do. I could not undertake such an aggressive program without them. I was also happy that the 495 felt so light raw considering my weight loss.

Very impressive session. Looks like all the conditioning work is really paying off.

Crazy work!
Must have went through 5 AC/DC CDs during that.
Vincent, did you design your cycle or did Jeremy, Landon, or someone else do it? I'm always impressed watching you bench, Vin. Keep up the great work.
Vin,
Awesome work bro...Da** thats a lot of volume!
What is your body weight now? Did you have to have your shirt altered & adjusted?

Thanks. My bodyweight was 273 that day. I'm now 271. Regarding shirts, the 66 and 62 are the same shirts I used when I was 300. I will just be pushing lighter weights with them. I'm breaking in a 60 in right now, but that shirt won't see the meet in June. Ultimately that shirt will be for my 2nd attempts and on when I am used to the 242 class.

After a workout like that, are you typically sore? Though I'm new to shirt benching I'm not new to lifting weights and I haven't been sore after any work done in a shirt. Granted I'm not moving near the weights you are, but does the shirt help with muscle soreness?
