    3/19 ME Bench

    Full range day

    135x5
    225x3
    315x3
    365x3 2 brd
    405x1 3 brd
    shirt
    495x3 2 brd
    545x1 1brd
    Chest from here on
    585x1
    585x1
    585x1
600x1 Shirt was jacked for this lift only which made it difficult to touch but good any ways.

    A good night!
It was nice to hit the chest and give me confidence in hitting over 600 again.
I know what I have to do to keep this going elbows in tighter, and keep the arch up at the bottom which is the hardest to do.
Hope I can get in a few more touches in before the meet.
    Good Luck!

For the love of fu(king all that is good please trust me. Stop looking for negatives, stop doubting, stop second guessing. You see everyone including yourself making progress. I promise I will help you reach your goals. But I can't do it unless you start trusting me. You were on a better road tonight. You didn't disapprove or question out loud, now if we can actually get you commit INSIDE your head you're gonna do some amazing things.

This workout isn't something you're supposed to complete. It's something to challenge you. Something we can adjust on the fly. Something where you can see the progress you're making so we can build that confidence. Stop looking for the negative and look at where you've come from.
