We recently announced a new Test Your Endurance Competition here and here.
This thread is the official video entry thread, so if you have a submission, please post it there!

The Competition
• As many push-ups as you can do in one minute.
• Rest 15 seconds.
• As many chin-ups as you can do in one minute.
• Rest 15 seconds.
• As many modified sit-ups as you can do in one minute.
• Rest 15 seconds.
• As many dips as you can do in one minute.
The Rules
- You must provide a video
- There should be NO breaks in the video
- You need to provide a total for each of the four minutes and an overal total reps (so 40 pushups, 65 situps... etc)
- You need to properly time them - either have a partner using a stop watch or use a beeping stop watch
- The order of the exercises must be the same as above
Prizes

Liftersize, I'll let Travis make the call on this one, but the unclear view of the chins might mean we can;t accept this video. They also look a little short on the ROM as do the dips. I'll leave the controversial call to Travis though

Great work Cameron! Nice form and ROM. Can't wait to do mine next friday.
What is the rule on lockouts? That first poster I would say was nowhere near a full rep on dips, What about kipping on chin ups?

Yep, I think I made a comment on the other thread he posted it in that the chins and dips in that video weren;t full enough ROM.
Aim to keep to the form of Nate and also Rob who just posted, some really good form in those videos.
We're not going to be really picky because it;s a tiring event, but the reps need to be quality and full.

Oh and if you can see on Rob;s video, he kips a little as he gets tired on the chins which is acceptable but much more than that and we'd probably rule it out.

Yes, I kipped, a LITTLE. I love watching people that do kip-ups instead of chin-ups.
I'm a technique goon. Weight is important to me, but I'd rather have technique down to a science.
Oh and Daniel, I think the humidity attributed to how tired I looked. GIVE IT A GO!

Great job Rob! I'm with you Daniel, every video I watch is making me dread this more and more lol. I'll be doing mine on Friday.
i plan to redo my video with better form and someone else videoing and timing me so i don't have to deal with so much stuff. I'm just waiting for my tendinitis to heal up a little more. Probably do it in two days.

I filmed by my self, you just need to find a good spot to put your camera at.
i dont want to be 'that guy' but can anyone do this properly - i.e. no sagging in the middle on press ups, no leg drive and full rom on chin ups etc.
not being funny but the form in the videos sucks.

Its VERY possible we'll see someone get 150 reps with strict form.

We'll take form into account when we pick the winners, but as I said in the opening post we're not gonna be SUPER picky about it because this is a goddamn tiring thing to do and form always gets a little loose when we get tired. But as I also said, if it's crappy form, we'll have to disqualify it.
Looking forward to seein more entries. I am thinking about doing mine on Friday, although I might do it next week as I have a deload week and will be fresher and am not competing for the prizes anyway lol

well im not necessarily saying i can do better, im just saying the form is poor. but yeah ill have a bash, though i wont be able to get it in before the closing date of 1st june. ill post later just for fun if you keep the thread open.
p.s. is there any rule about equipmant use, as i dont have bars for dipping or gym access? kitchen counter tops ok?
I think everyone is sandbagging like I am to see what numbers others are putting up. Haha. I will get mine in tomorrow probably.
