Today is May 26.
And in THIS thread: I am pleased to report to you that I have added yet another 10lbs to my 6RM, for a total of 15 lbs since I began HCT-12 about 2 weeks ago. 15 pounds in two weeks! That ain't chump change, friends and neighbors. That's a jump.
Furthermore, I added 5 pounds to my weighted pull ups, and 5 pounds to my OHP tonight as well. I don't mean to sound like a shill, or the leper that Jesus cured or something, but.... This stuff works. Thank you, Daniel Roberts.

I'm in my second week right now and I feel like I've got the hang of it so I'm ready for some gains. Like you I have a very stubborn bench and if this works then I'll shout it from the mountain!

Yeah, that ain't gonna be me anytime soon.
But he seems like a hell of a nice guy. I have a young nephew who has childhood leukemia, and was allowed to attend a closed practice last year. And Suh was gracious enough to spend quite a bit of time talking with my nephew after their practice.
I hope the fame and fortune from the NFL doesn't ruin that.
